We thoroughly enjoyed it!! Kiera and Kerlen were amazing. My son and nephew were celebrating their birthdays and they were gifted with plush toys and cards signed by the staff which were customized with their favorite sports and players! Now, this is attention to detail! Great teamwork helping us celebrate their 9th and 10th year old birthdays!
10 out of 10!!! Super fun the whole way through plus customer service is unmatched 🥳🥳🥳 They refunded the difference between what I paid and the Groupon price the day after I went (when I realized there was a Groupon and I was kicking myself). I went with younger ones (suggested age is 16 up) but it was fine! My youngest (7) got scared at some point but got over it quickly and my 10 year old and 12 year old were really engaged!
This was a birthday gift and first time experience for me. We did the Gold Rush and it was so much fun figuring out the clues and going from one room to the next. The hidden slide through the fireplace was an unexpected surprise. We had an awesome time working together and coming up with the challenging answers to lead us to the gold. My granddaughter was our super sleuth for sure. Our guide Geo was wonderful, friendly and helpful and because it was my birthday she added something special to the event. Got a birthday sign and card signed from the staff wishing me a happy one. So thoughtful. Can't wait to do another escape room ... Great time with family and friends of any age.
